Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to Sharany. We are committed to assisting its customers with a flexible and supportive cancellation policy. Please review the terms outlined below:

1. Cancellation Requests

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed by vendors or merchants and shipping has been initiated.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

Sharany does not accept cancellations for perishable items like flowers, food items, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be possible if the customer can verify that the delivered product’s quality is unsatisfactory.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. The request will be assessed by the merchant, and a decision will be made based on their evaluation.

4. Product Expectations

If you believe the received product does not match the description on our website or falls short of expectations, notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. Our team will review your complaint and determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Warranty Issues

For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

6. Refund Process

In cases where refunds are approved by Sharany, processing may take between 6-8 days to reach the customer.
