• Volunteers: Individuals volunteering with Sharany are expected to adhere to all guidelines, including humane handling and care of animals and compliance with safety protocols.
• Adopters: Individuals adopting animals from Sharany agree to provide a loving, safe, and permanent home. Adopters will follow up on post-adoption check-ins and updates as required.
• Donors: Donors acknowledge that contributions are voluntary and will be used for the purposes outlined by Sharany. Sharany reserves the right to allocate funds based on needs, unless specified by restricted donations.

4. Adoption Terms

• Eligibility: Adopters must be at least 18 years old and capable of providing proper care, housing, and environment for the adopted animal.
• Adoption Fees: A nominal fee may be required to support Sharany’s work. This fee helps cover veterinary expenses, vaccinations, and care provided before adoption.
• Follow-up: Sharany reserves the right to conduct follow-up checks to ensure the animal’s well-being in its new home.

5. Donations and Sponsorships

• Use of Funds: Donations and sponsorships will be used exclusively for the welfare of stray animals, including but not limited to food, medical care, shelter, and operational expenses of Sharany.
• Refund Policy: Donations, once made, are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted under specific circumstances, subject to Sharany’s discretion.
• Transparency: Sharany will provide periodic updates on the use of funds, but donors do not have direct control over fund allocation unless previously agreed upon as a restricted donation.

6. Volunteer Conduct

• Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically, ensuring that all interactions with animals and the public align with Sharany’s values.
• Sharany reserves the right to dismiss any volunteer whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or counterproductive to our mission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sharany is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during your engagement with our organization. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in rescues, animal care, and adoption processes.
• Adopters and volunteers assume full responsibility for their engagement and interactions with animals.

8. Privacy Policy

• Sharany values the privacy of all individuals interacting with our organization. We collect personal information solely for operational purposes, including adoption records, donor details, and volunteer information.
• We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except when required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Sharany website, social media channels, and other official publications, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Sharany.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Sharany’s content is strictly prohibited.
